We at BellaPierre Cosmetics want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful; we have created a friendly ordering, shipping and payment process.
Please review our policies and procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns by contacting us at: orders@bellapierre.com. Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

Payment Options
Online orders can be paid by credit card, debit card, or Google & Apple Pay. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards.
Orders sent via physical mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check, or money order.

Return and Cancellation
As part of our commitment to customer service Bellapierre offer a fair policy on all returns. We like our customers to be satisfied with every purchase.
- Our customers may return the item(s) for an exchange within fourteen (14) days or return within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
- When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original unopened packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund.
- A handling/restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be assessed on returned products, unless given "good cause"; to be determined at the sole discretion of bellapierre.com.
- bellapierre.com is not responsible for misdirected returns. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement depending on the closing date.
